How long does the product development cycle usually take?
Product design takes 5-30 days;
Prototype sample takes 5-15 days after the designs are finished;
Product verification and testing take 10-15 days;
Machining parts take 10-15 days;
Molds take 30-60 days;
Plastic/rubber parts, stamped parts, and die-cast parts will be completed 5-10 days after the molds are finished;
The development cycle for finished products is based on product complexity, ranging from 3 to 6 months.
Do you offer free design services?
The design fees will be refunded when the product enters the production stage by us.
Are the samples free? What's the lead time?
Needs to cover some sampling costs, but these will be refunded once it enters a specific production by us. The sample lead time is 5~15days, if it needs to build the mold, will need around 30~60 days, depending on the complexity.
What should I prepare to collaborate with your studio?
If you have samples and detailed drawings, please send them to us, and we will immediately arrange for your samples;
If you only have samples, please send them to us, and we can complete the product design within 5-10 days;
If you only have ideas about the product, please send us your thoughts and product requirements, and we will start designing from sketches until we achieve the final perfect product effect;
The prototype production time for new design products is 5-15 days after the customer approves the product design;
We will conduct phased production validation according to your requirements to ensure product quality and capacity;
We will match suitable suppliers for your production based on your requirements;
We will collaborate with third-party laboratories to obtain the necessary safety certifications for your products；
How can I know the progress of the project without visiting your company?
A project schedule and weekly reports with related pictures will be submitted to show the progress, can also provide the corresponding video if required.
Will my information be safe once you receive it?
We take data privacy and security very seriously. Once we receive your information, we implement strict security measures to protect it from unauthorized access and breaches. We can sign a NDA with you and will not disclose any information about your products or company to third parties or the public without your permission.

We are located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Dongguan is situated in the Pearl River Delta, close to major cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
